We encourage scientific institutions to apply and therefore be able to host a student from Germany for internships within the program of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) “RISE Worldwide – Research Internships in Science and Engineering”.

About the programme:

“The program RISE worldwide invites researchers in science and engineering from all over the world to submit an internship offer for a project of their choice, in order to get support in their research work, to strengthen research cooperation with German institutions, and to win over students for the graduate programs of their institution. The high profile of the program within Germany and an efficient marketing and matchmaking process provide ideal conditions to identify students from Germany whose interests and expertise correspond to the respective topic. The primary selection of interns is carried out by the host, thus ensuring that only those candidates who fully meet the host’s criteria are considered in the subsequent selection process. Successful candidates will be funded by DAAD for up to three months.”
