Partner universities
Information for participants
- General mobility terms and conditions- In order to apply for Erasmus+ KA171 funding: - student status of SGGW or a partner university
- adequate language proficiency
- completion of the first year of studies (bachelor studies)
- valid mobility capital – 12 months in bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral studies or 24 months in uniform master’s studies using the European Union’s scholarship opportunities (e.g. Erasmus Mundus program, Erasmus+ program)
- submission of the complete application documentation in accordance with the Academic Mobility Regulations 2023-2027
 - Purpose of mobility: - implementation of the STUDY programme
 - Form of mobility: - in-person participation
- mixed participation
 
- Selection procedure- Recruitment process online via IRK system - Application documentation prepared in English or translated into English. - Selection criteria in accordance with the Academic Mobility Regulations 2023-2027. 
- Organisation of student mobility- Mobility duration: min. 3 months (90 days) - Mobility FOR STUDIES: study program agreed with the host university - Mobility settlement: - obtaining the confirmation of the stay and transcript of records
- completing the EU survey accoridng to the template
 
- Terms of payment and settlement of grants- Financial agreement with SGGW: defined mobility dates, amount of funding and payment conditions - Financing is composed of: - subsistence allowance – number of mobility months x monthly funding rate
- travel – depending on the distance according to the distance calculator 
 - Payment: - 30 calendar days from the signing of the contract by both parties or from the mobility start date
- in the amount of 70% of the total calculated amount
 - Insurance: - during the whole mobility period
- min. scope: basic health insurance and accident insurance

- Catalogue of English-taught courses- Catalogue of courses for fall and spring semster 
- Grading system- Grading is based on a scale ranging from 2 to 5. The passing grade is 3. The relationship between the grading system of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW and that of ECTS is the following: - Grade - ECTS grade - Evaluation - 5.0 - 5 or bdb - A - Very good - 4.5 - 4+ or db+ - B - Good plus - 4.0 - 4 or db - C - Good - 3.5 - 3+ or dst+ - D - Satisfactory - 3.0 - 3 or dst - E - Sufficient - 2.0 - 2 or ndst - F - Fail - 0.0 - 0 - FX - Resignation - ECTS credits: 1 full academic year = 60ECTS; 1 semester = 30ECTS 
Erasmus+ in 3 steps
- 1 STEP- BEFORE MOBILITY: - 1. to read Academic Mobility Regulations 2023-2027 - 2. to review the list of partner universities - 3. to take part in the online recruitment process via IRK - 4. after qualification: - trilaterally signed Learning Agreement
- departure form according to the template (applicable to SGGW candidates)
- signing financial agreement at SGGW
- visa application (if applicable)
- flight tickets and insurance policy purchase
- trip registration at the Service of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Odyseusz (applicable to SGGW candidates)
 
- 2 STEP- DURING MOBILITY - obtaining the confirmation of the stay and transcript of records
- completing the EU survey accoridng to the template
 
- 3 STEP- AFTER MOBILITY: - forwarding confirmation of stay and transcript of records
- preparing a description of the mobility to share the experience
- financial settlement at SGGW
