Tickets and travel

The following tickets are entitled to:

• for travel by plane – in economy class,
• for rail travel – in class 2 (with seats or in sleeping cars),
• for a coach trip

A delegated person may book or purchase a ticket for a business trip, but only through the TavelBank travel agency.

At the request of the departing person, it is possible to make a business trip private car.

In such a case, the person leaving is obliged to conclude an agreement with WULS-SGGW on the use of a private vehicle for business purposes.

People who do not travel by publicly available means of public transport, but who have consent of the administrator of funds to travel by private car, not entitled travel allowance or coverage of travel costs by local transport.

The costs of traveling by private car are settled at the International Cooperation Office after returning from a business trip.

Reimbursement of costs for using a private car for foreign business trips is made on the basis of vehicle mileage records approved by the superior.
