Opis kierunku
This interdisciplinary course combines elements of natural and technical studies. It enables gaining practical and theoretical knowledge in the areas of biology, agriculture, forestry and environmental protection and management. Students gain specialist knowledge in the field of assessing techniques and technologies used in agriculture and forestry. They learn to determine the impact of infrastructure and industrial investments on the environment. They will learn the natural, administrative and legal principles of energy production from renewable and traditional sources. Graduates are prepared to prepare ecological reports and expert opinions in various aspects and at various levels of detail, as well as to assess the effects of ecological disasters caused by both human activity, natural factors and climate change. Graduates also gain specialist knowledge and skills in the field of environmental management monitoring and environmentally friendly technologies in shaping the environment. The study program includes such subjects as: organic and inorganic chemistry, economics, agricultural technology, botany, physics, soil science, ecophysiology, the impact of climate change on the environment, biochemistry, municipal engineering, dendrology, plant production technology, microbiology, zoology, ecology, phytosociology , ecological genetics, ecophysiology of plants, ecotoxicology, forest engineering, technical infrastructure, nature protection, natural use of waste, animal production technology, spatial management, remote sensing and GIS.
