Program STER

Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej ogłosiła wyniki tegorocznego naboru wniosków w programie „STER – Umiędzynarodowienie szkół doktorskich”. Wśród zwycięzców Szkoła Doktorska SGGW.

Tytuł projektu: Działania na rzecz umiędzynarodowienia Szkoły Doktorskiej Szkoły Głównej Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego – SGGW, DocSGGW – Doctoral School Goes Gladly Worldwide.

Projekt ma na celu umiędzynarodowienie Szkoły Doktorskiej SGGW poprzez:

1) podniesienie jakości kształcenia i badań poprzez rozwijanie działań prowadzących do stworzenia międzynarodowego środowiska akademickiego dla doktorów i profesorów (udział studentów zagranicznych poprzez system motywacyjny – m.in. wypłata stypendiów, udział zagranicznej kadry w kształceniu);

2) działania promocyjne mające na celu poprawę widoczności Szkoły Doktorskiej SGGW na arenie międzynarodowej;

3) dostosowanie obowiązującego programu nauczania i regulaminu do potrzeb doktorów zagranicznych;

4) współpraca z profesjonalną firmą rekrutacyjną, której celem będzie pomoc w promocji i rekrutacji zagranicznych kandydatów na studia w Szkole Doktorskiej SGGW.

 

 

The SGGW Doctoral School among the winners of the STER program

The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange has announced the results of this year’s call for proposals in the “STER – Internationalization of doctoral schools” program. Among the winners, the Doctoral School of Warsaw University of Life Sciences-SGGW.

Title of the Project: Actions towards internationalization of the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW

Acronym or marketing name of the Project: DocSGGW – Doctoral School Goes Gladly Worldwide.

The Project aims to internationalize the SGGW’s Doctoral School (DS) through:

1) improving the quality of education in the DS and the quality of PhD research by developing actions leading to the creation of an international academic environment for PhD’s and professors (participation of foreign students through the incentive system payment of scholarships, mobilities, foreign visiting professors);

2) promotional activities aimed at improving the visibility of the DS on the international arena;

3) adapting the existing curriculum and the DS’s regulations to the needs of foreign PhDs;

4) cooperation with a professional recruitment company, whose goal is to recruit/find the best foreign candidates for studies at the Doctoral School of SGGW.
